Dear colleagues, in order to make your work easier, we will provide you with some important technical information that is aimed at making your work easier and better acquainted with the schedule of events at the summit.

• Accreditation of journalists will be done in the press room located on the first floor of the Cultural Center in Trebinje
• Shooting of the opening ceremony will be possible in the period from 10.40 to 10.55
• Due to the extremely high interest in the Summit and the fullness of the hall, the journalists will follow the opening ceremony from the press room via a live broadcast from the main hall.
• After the opening ceremony at around 12 o’clock, officials and organizers will give statements to the media in the press room
• Panel tracking (except for the grand opening) will be possible without any restrictions

The Press Center will be happy to help you arrange appointments as well as conduct interviews and interviews with SET 2021 officials, presidents and members of SET organizational bodies, moderators, panelists and guests. Upon receipt of this form, we will provide you with a list of your potential interlocutors on the topic of energy, energy efficiency and environmental protection.
